Greetings to everyone !

Welcome to my home. Happy, Positive, Thankful, Mindful day.

My name is Jampa T Ritzekura. Growing up, I was told that the meaning of life was to get a good school education. I was told that with a good education, you can get a good college degree, get good pay, and live financially well and be happy. I tried my best to follow the advice, but failed and did poorly in school. I kept loosing my focus and concentration in class. I didn’t know the reason, why? My mind was always wondering all over the place. I often got scolded by the teachers for my poor grades. I barely graduated high school.

As I got older, my mind wandered more, to the point where I started having anxiety, racing mind, panic attack, manic and suicidal thoughts. Yes, I almost ended up taking my own life! I lost hope in life and felt there was no meaning to it anymore. And then, a close friend of mine – Sherab – recommended mindfulness meditation. I started watching videos on YouTube and read many books about mindfulness. I practiced mindfulness meditation everyday and it transformed my mind and life positively!

It has been more than 10 years, and my symptoms has been improved a lot better. This is because of my daily tools of mindfulness meditation practice. In addition, my focus and concentration got better. I was able to read many books for a long period of time. I also wrote my own book, “TRANSFORMATION OF MIND & LIFE”, which includes 264 pages.

Now that I have found a new meaning in life, my mission and passion in life is to transform many others’ minds and life positively. By sharing my own experiences in my book to others. How mindfulness meditation transformed my mind and life positively.
